Yes you do need 10/20lbs extra like I do. Here's what I've gleaned.

Yep, the really knowlegable iron guys will tell you to work legs hip and back and everything else will grow too. Focus on upper body only and you will stall.

Don't get hung up on cut abs and bicep curls, do that when you have 20lbs of extra meat. In fact don't do curls do weighted chins, that's right no curls at all!

Eat 500 cals/day more than you need on a balance/varied diet.

I'm starting an abbreviated routine of hip belt squats, stiff leg deadlifts, cleanand press and bent over rows. 1 warm up and 1 work set. 10 reps for legs 8 for upper body.

Start at 3 times a week then just twice a week. I've seen it work wonders so I'm up for it too.
