I'm 167 pounds, but I've gained about 20 pounds since starting a bulking program last year. I'm 5'11" and I'd like for my abs to show more, but I don't want to lose all the weight I've gained over the past year.
If I started cutting, by Diesel's cutting guide, would I lose fat and gain muscle, thus maintaining my weight or would I lose fat and lose weight which could turn me back into my former scrawny self?
