How much does lifting affect getting girls?

Does working out make a big difference with girls and how people treat you? Do girls treat you differently, do they show more interest or approach?

In December I hired a physical trainer. I was dating 3 girls at the time and all 3 definitely noticed. All 3 said I looked much better. One said I glowed (after 3 sessions), one made love to me (after 5 sessions) and started saying she loved me (after about 20 sessions), and the third said I looked so much tighter (after about 10 sessions). That was before the recent 10 pound weight loss (after 75 sessions). Now I find myself revisiting girls who I didn't think I had a chance with last year. Definitely do it. I pay $150 per week for 3 one hour sessions.

Ahh that's awesome bro. I've heard so many different opinions on how lifting changes things and some guys are like ohh it makes a night and day difference then others say not so much.

It makes à difference.. In how you feel about yourself... Just that increase your value.

Do you have to be a body builder? No, that might even reduce your chances lol...extremes

I noticed that when I was a bit choppier.. girls would say hi to me more often...

Now, they do les... but escalation has jumped high (they touching me more)

Workout is good, for your health Health wil improve your life, your game, your social life

Bro. $150 a week? $600 a month????????? To get trained? I don't even....

I told you in the other thread. I am older than you, but look at my pics in your physique thread. I look mid 30s. That is due in large part because of vit C and lysine. For $45 a month, you could take the C load for post workout and the C energize for pre workout and do much MUCH more for your body than the $600 is doing or you. Read what I said. Training should be one of the most important things in your life. Don't lift to get women, I do it for myself. Of course it makes a big difference. Would you want a woman who is inactive?

The pic is me, 22 years ago. I don't look that lean anymore, but I train 6 days a week and love it.

I don't do a lot of personal training anymore. I train a few smoking hot women and charge them $275 a month. I am cheap because there are....hot chicks, lol.

I prep competitive bodybuilders and MMArtsist (several turned pro). I also teach M Arts.

One of my guys will be on stage tomorrow. I also write for Blogs and PED websites (you most certainly should NOT be using PEDs.....but in the competitive world they are rampant). I help people restore their endocrine system after steroids.

I do internet training (programs I design for people) but I do not think SOSUAVE would allow me to get business from this site. I am here to vet my book and help people. Also, the DJ Bible is an absolutely fantastic reading resource. My own program integrates a good chunk of material from the Bible.

Change that attitude. What is your training like? Basic heavy? cardio? What is your diet like? Are your eating 5 k calories a day on training days?

You need more mass than. Aim at "appropriate" for your height.

Another benefit we haven't mentioned on this thread is it naturally boost your T which will make you feel like approaching women. To get this effect you will need heavy weights and compound exercises which fits nicely with your goal of bulking

I would imagine diet is the difference. I've had a good diet since 1996.
Yeah I've been told and rated by ppl that I'm a 7 facially so I'm wondering if lifting and getting bigger would help bc first off I probably have the lowest confidence possible. The diet man is really what I'm trying to figure out and get locked down before i start. I have no problem buying the food or having enough. Also lots of people have told me to take creatine everyday, preworkout and stuff like that. Do you agree?
