I'm starting at skinny mode and think I can achieve this in about a year.

Bro,I've been hitting the gym for two years, and I'm not even there.

Not saying it's impossible to bulk up.Sure, you'll get good gains(if you eat and train hard) but I think from the skinny frame that won't be achieved in ONE year.

You could, then fvck up your health.I wanted to go that route,I'm going all natural now.

IMO it outweighs the steroids in health benefits.

man you guys really had me thinking that i was about to see some body builders physique or something...

this guy isn't even impressive...

to get to where his body is isn't that hard... How long it'll take is depending on where you're starting out at...

Since you're skinny: If you eat a decent calorie surplus, and get a good lifting program - you can be there in a year. If you do this for a year or so and haven't made much progress - you most likely have a severe case of fvckarounditis

Unfortunately for me... When i took a real look at how i worked out and dieted - learned that most of my last 6 years... i've been a fvckarounditis.... and now that im taking it more serious - my gains are triumphant.

LOL it seems that the edit here is blocking out the word fvck even in the link i provided!

so:

remove the space between the "f" and the "u"

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Being "big" is just a matter of eating a lot. If you increase your caloric intake a lot and work out a bit you will get "big."

Being skinny, you're probably not too strong, I'd focus on building up strength and muscle density then bulk up later on. There's no point having big muscles if you can't lift anything.

OP we need some concrete stats. We need to know what you mean by skinny because we all have different definitions of it.

Example:
On average you gain 2 lbs of muscle a month so in a year.. if you dont fvck around you can gain 25 lbs pure muscle.

If we used my definition of skinny (a 12 yr old boy), there's no way you are going to look like that in the picture. Because that 25lbs of muscle will be distributed evenly throughout the body. Noteable gains would be legs coz its got more muscle there.

You are right that you will achieve this goal in one year and anyone can do it. Extra care must be needed to get it and also exercise is play major role to build huge muscles.
I want to know that what we should do much more to get this type of result.

Channel your excited feelings into positive thoughts and behaviors. You will attract women by being enthusiastic, radiating energy, and becoming someone who is fun to be around.

Parts of that physique are very genetics-dependent.

For instance, the lower chest may be achievable for some and others would never achieve that "fullness" of the lower chest and the mass would instead be on the mid-upper chest.

I have already surpassed that level of musculature, however holding a little more body fat at the moment due to winter. :)

For a novice trainee, IMO 2-3 years of diligent training assuming average genetics.

Year 0-2 = strength training and conditioning.

Year 2-3 = bodybuilding and strength training.

I also cannot see the guys legs, and I don't know his stats.

He could be 5'6 140lbs or he could be 6'0 205lbs.

A lot of it not only depends on your exercises, but your diet and your body type. As far as exercises though, you should see better results if you keep your workouts somewhat varied. If you do the EXACT same routine too often, your body will become accustomed to it and you won't make any progress.

As far as steroids go. I actually watched a documentary, and they're not quite as bad as society portrays them, but still I would prefer natural myself. I'm not trying to sway you toward them! Just providing a neutral, informed opinion. Do beware though, some people get undesirable side effects like excessive body hair, baldness, or flabby man tits, while some don't.
