First of all, you need to teach yourself to expect rejection. You must expect her to drop you at anytime no matter how good your game is. These b!tches are turned off by the smallest things, some you not even aware of. They always looking for a better deal, her focus shifts from one guy to another in an instant.

The number one thing that destroys your self esteem is having high hopes with woman and then end up disappointed when everything doesn't go as planned. That's why you see men end up hitting and raping women, because in their minds they've envisioned the date 5 stages ahead all the way to when he fvcks her but then when the date actually happens the woman doesn't even want to kiss him.

You must reach a point where rejection becomes normal, when it happens you forget about that woman and move to the next one. Don't let woman be the core source of your self esteem otherwise it will forever be your weakness.

I know it was only two dates, but I got rejected by a woman who I was attracted to and seemed like a good match on paper. The fact that I met her the old fashioned way (set up) made me even like her more, as opposed to online.

I have been depressed since Sunday night

Maybe I have a scarcity mindset, but lets face it, it's hard to meet people.
It sounds like you put way too much expectations on this one........

You built it up into something (oh we met the old fashioned way!) and probably idealized it into something that it wasn't or hadn't got a chance to develop into, instead of just enjoying the interaction for what it was.......and having fun......she could probably sense your expectations.....

The problem with getting into the dating game with only one ticket is you end up banking on that one.......I like the zero or three approach.....get three numbers and then enter the raffle (start inviting them out).

If you believe it's hard to meet people, then yes that belief is coming from a scarcity mentality. If you have to go to great lengths to create a social circle (and thus opening indirect routes to scores of women) then you have to be willing to go to these lengths.....

I would question your relationship you have to the notion of "rejection".......

example.....if you really thought that you lived an interesting life and give value to people, then anyone who "rejects you" you could actually feel empathy for because they are genuinely going to miss out..........how then would "rejection" affect you....... remember "rejection" cannot affect you.....it's what you tell yourself after the rejection that affects you.....

Yes, I find it helps if you can organize two or three dates for the weekend. You can then expect one or two to flake, and it is no big deal.

Stop thinking about her and go date other women. Get busy and do stuff. Take some yoga classes.... trust me that will help you MORE than you can possibly imagine, there re yoga studios everywhere. Not only will it get you centered, but your flexibility will greatly improve and you will be in better shape, and the practice is 90% women.

How long? The length of time it takes to delete her number.
