how long does weed/ephedra stay in your system?

why are you worried about ephedra?? It's not illegal to take things with ephedra in it...

im not as worried now but for future reference, like the body buildin show comin out in the spring, im gona have to use ephedra to cut up and i dont want to be disqualified..............

I believe weed can stay in your system for about one month.
