I've avoided anything at all. I've tried fasting before and doing that but not cumming, and it doesnt have the same effect. Not doing anything at all makes it stronger, at least for me.

So how many people are actually left? Am I gonna have to spend the next week doing this alone?

Day 8 over here. gradually needing less and less sleep. I feel very whole.
