Just lift and ignore any haters DZ.

The only good/bad at the weight stack is judged by whether or not you lifted more this week than you did last week. So long as you never forget that, I promise you that you will eventually lift more than every single last one of the muscleheads who look down their noses at your current efforts. Consider that a metaphor for life as well.

Btw, to Azn_DZ:

If you think you don't press with one hand, well here's proof.

"To start: Paul Anderson

some of pauls lifts:

Backlift: 6,270 lbs. (amazing totally crushing the previous record of 4,300 by Louis Cyr)
Bench Press: 627 lbs.
Squat: 1,206 lbs.
Deadlift: 820 lbs. (he also deadlifted 1,000 lbs. with metal hooks attached to his wrists)
Clean and Jerk: 480 lbs.
Push Press: 600 lbs. witnessed by Bob Hale
One Arm Press: 380 lbs."

Pressing with one hand with a high number is a feat too. Although the thread's dead now, I just wanted to show you some people do.

"go sit on a broom" Oh that's a fact alright.

What's the difference between One Arm Press and One Arm Db Press? It's all one hand, wtf? It doesn't have to be exactly what you say.
NOONE BENCH WITH A BARBELL ONE ARM! Dumbass.

I said I was not going to post here until I decided to help Hellion (when I found some facts) and post that the fact of the matter is that some people do one arm press. If I haven't done so, your ignorance would think "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ONE ARM DB PRESS". One arm press, one arm db press, what's the difference?
Hence:
somebody PLEASE tell me who the **** benches with ONE db???
I can post as much and as long as I want, I will not stop simply because I love this forum, so call me a n00b all you want.
At least I'm not insecure because someone said I was weak and I got scared so I decided to post a thread "how am I weak when I bench this much?? :("
Maybe Hellion is right, you are weak.

But I noticed, since you're such a tough guy , why don't you get off this forum? Yeah thought so, you're the n00b. I can stop posting here, you can't. You still need help. Allen, ban my account and his account. Watch you sign up in again under a different name,

Go sit on a broom is not a fact - it's a suggestion.

Nobody presses with one DB. Why???? Because you would be assymetric and ugly as ****!!!

and you know what?

You have no education, can't even handle the USA ****ty american high school.

I have better things to do then to argue with a 'thing' like you.

Your mother shoulda make this world a favor and swallowed you.

To be benching your weight in DUMBELLS is great!
Dumbells are always harder than barbell.

That's very good, I agree. I used to see this one Chinese guy who would frequent my gym, and he was insane. He was very small - like 5'3" and 130 pounds, tops. He benched 205-225 for reps.
