I think that being fit and healthy is something we should all do for our own sake whether it helps us become attractive or not. There is no point thinking about about pulling women if you are so overweight and unhealthy that you constantly feel tired and ill.

However, there is an issue with advising people to get super-athletic and muscular just in order to attract women. The idea of Game as a way of generating attraction is (at least if you listen to people like David DeAngelo, Wayne Elise etc.) something that people from any background or size or shape can do, and be effective at. If we start saying to people "Get really muscular and then you can get women" etc. we go back to the whole idea that all a man has to do is to be super fit and good looking to meet women - which begins to defeat the point of learning Game.
sounds good to me

The thing is:
You're not confident about your body right now. You think your body isn't too great. Which makes you very uneasy. Which destroys your confidence. Which in turn plays a part in you not getting laid.

Only way to solve it is to do something about it, don't you think?
Instead of making up one excuse after another.

On your way to self-improvement, your body is the ONLY thing where you will see guaranteed progress. Very quickly. Sounds like a good start to me.

If you want to become muscular so women approach you, you will need to do lots of study and hard work. It will take years.
Best piece of advice I've read in a long time, bang on the truth.

Lack of self confidence may only be the tip of the iceberg,I am concerned I may be asexual,or,I look at things in terms of love too much. Like my mindset is wrong. I have seen professional help, not sure if that worked.

Get you testosterone levels checked by a doctor.

Seriously your first step is to join a hardcore gym and become more masculine.

in my experience, girls in general dont want a guy who's overly fat, skinny OR muscular. they want it somewhere in the middle.

it probably sounds overconfident, but i dont care. every girl that has ever seen me topless (not that there has been a huge amount of them. probably 6 or so) has passed a comment at some point along the lines of "look at that guy! he's really muscular/skinny/whatever, it looks gross. not like you, you're perfect!" .

im not bulging with muscle, or skinny, but i am slim and well toned from top to bottom. in particular ive noticed that girls love guys with strong looking arms and core muscles. I've lost count of the number of times a chick has exclaimed at my back, which is apparently unusually muscular. my last ex used to hide my tshirt from me in the mornings so she could see me run around topless.

as a sort of a guide, i asked three girls if they thought christiano ronaldo (a footballer, for anyone who doesnt know) looked good topless. one said 'yes' straight up, and two said "ugh, no", with one of those saying "that looks kind of weird."

I'd like to have the body brad pitt has in fight club...I'll never get it due to my addiction to racquetball.

With the above said, I am happy playing racquetball and not happy being a tool

I'd say Ronnie Coleman in 2005 Mr Olympia or Kevin Levrone in the 1999 British Grand Prix is about perfect. Anything smaller just looks weedy.

To each their own I guess :D

One area where you, Effort, and WBA can all agree...(although I hope they aren't so extreme).
