I'm going to imply here that if you don't like running, just go for a 1h walk. It burns decent enough and it's better that nothing.

I agree. I do weights Mon/Wed/Fri and Swimming Tues/Thurs. I've been picking up a lot of speed so I recently got some good goggles. Wow, if anyone has not experienced this, try it ! It makes swimming even more fun... I like looking into the depths at the bottom and everything. Some person was swimming on the wrong side of the pool and I saw them underwater at the last minute and dived under him. Haha.

Plus, swimming seems to have an effect on muscles too because of the resistance.

Ok first off Alex is right, arching and rounding are the opposite thing.

Second, I know it is essential to have a protein shake after lifting. But I want to do a little cardio afterwards. How long can I do cardio before I have adverse effects since I don't have that protein? I heard if you don't feed yourself protein after lifting it can actually decrease muscle mass.

Bring a protein shake to drink after you lift, but before you run.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

Make sure your shake has carbs in it too especially if you are doing cardio afterwards.

I usually drink one before I lift and another after. Is that too much?

That's fine as long as your workouts are only about an hour. If you work out for too long without nutrition your body will start feeding off of itself.

Ok I know that sounds simple enough but after I lift I like to mix 2 raw eggs in a blender with my protein shake. Like if I have my protein shake 30 minutes after I lift my last dumbbell will I still be fine?

I don't see a problem with that.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.

Sounds like we're overanalysing a little bit.

Just lift weights and then eat some food.
