How imporant do you think posture should be when out in the public?
don't worry about your posture. worry about whether or not you feel comfortable being out in public around other people. If you're comfortable in your own skin, socially aware, etc, etc your poster is going to be fine without you even thinking about it.SeymourCake said:How imporant do you think posture should be when out in the public?
I'd say sometimes it's not that simple. Your body is going to be adapted to whatever posture you most commonly adopt. Muscle memory. You sometimes have to break that mold by placing your body into a proper stance, and maintaining it. Shoulders, up, back and down is a good one, neck straight up, chin slightly up. I know there's more but those are a few good ones.btownbuck2012 said:don't worry about your posture. worry about whether or not you feel comfortable being out in public around other people. Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

This is very true. Apparently research has shown women are attracted to guys who are relaxed and spread their weight out. I do this after a few drinks anyway, it shows relaxation and a kind of oneness with the environment. If she is interested she will seek out the protection of itSgtSplacker said:I read that the proper posture when dating is to be somewhat relaxed and spread out.
