The best thing to curb apetite... Eat a can of green beans. I think there's around 50 calories in a can.
Bingo! Veggies are important for anyone consuming the kind of protein required for strength/hypertrophy training.

Psyllium husk is an insoluble fibre that has been super helpful as a fibre supplement

Oh yea @DEEZEDBRAH , you're the one who inspired me to meditate and fast. It's been useful. I've been reading up on stoicism as well.

Dry fruits, peanuts etc and black coffee is awesome to curb appetite you're spot on.

Sure keto might be overrated, but low carb diets have served me well, and still help
Shout out to rsd Ty who put me onto Dan Millman and Ecky ...eckhart tolled, meditation, holistic etc. Loves truth on success series. Wish I got into affiliate marketing or crypto back in 09.

I think it's simple tbh. Or more accurate to keep it simple. I approach a handful everyday. I fast. I do 20min of meditation minimum. I meal prep. I'm a minimalist. I don't finance cars. I'm not flexing cash. Pulling is purely from game. Likely I may ship gears at 40+ & 50.

Atm the bullseye is success, entrepreneurship, lifestyle, health, fitness, holistic, etc. Leveling up is the play. Dating and pulling is sport. Happy to hear from you and your doing well.

Yes, meal prep is amazing. It saves so much time and makes sticking to your calories or meal plan even more effortless.

Helps eliminate that decision fatigue when you’re eating the same thing every day. And it’s not as stressful tracking macros(even if doing IIFYM.) That has been very helpful for me. It makes the plan simple, and thus easy to stick to.

Kiwi is fantastic, if you're ever craving something sweet, but want to keep it healthy.

@darksprezzatura Have you noticed some relief with your shoulder pain?
Hey thanks for following up. The ramp up strategy has been great for warm ups.

I don't attempt 1RMs often tho.

Shoulders and lower back issues often pop up with many people who lift.

I watched a lot of physio videos and my shoulder seems to have recovered very well.

I'd add that physio and mobility work before a workout helps tremendously.

Static stretches afterwards

These guys are pretty awesome.
