Your sodium intake is pretty easy to watch if you dont eat processed food. Probiotic is by FAR the best supplement I've ever taken. No more brain fog, less anxiety, no bloat and it's nice when you eat a lot of green vegetables as they make you bloat a lot. It helps so much with digestion, I love it. It's quite expensive but it's a must. You should read a little bit on the subjet, the gut is considerate to be the second brain. If it doesnt work well, everything will suffer from it. Yep even your cognitive abitlity. Oh and drink enough water.I was taking pure encapsulationa sport pack. These were fantastic but I stopped due to the price, need to possibly get back on them. Sodium is rather difficult to watch. I eat bland foods so that I can eat more with less calories. To counter this I load up on the hot sauce. It's a bad habit, but idk how else to manage the flavor and dryness. Do you think probiotics do much? Obviously gut health is important, but to what extent do probiotics help?
