So I've been trying to eat better and work out for the past month and a half and already notice some gains in that time. A lot of which due to this board and others for good info. My quetion is how far away are you from your goal when you want to look the way you do in the mirror when your flexed as when your not. I feel like I look ok when I'm normal but look pretty good when I'm flexing or pumped after a workout. Would like to get this to be my physique when I'm not flexed or pumped.
