How do you Send her Mixed Signals?

This girl is starting to think I like her and I don't want that happening quite yet. I still want to be a challenge. So far I am a challenge, I don't hang out with her often, I'm usually busy when she wants to go out, and I tease her...almost a little too much that she thinks I'm so mean to her. But we've hooked up twice so far. So I know there is a lot of interest, but I don't want to show it.
I'm taking her out tonight, what should I do? Ask about other women? Maybe talk about the cute waitress? I don't want to seem too disinterested or be made out to be a player, but I want to somehow send mixed signals.

How do I go about backing off? Just heavy attention and then almost ignoring her or wha?
