The scale should based on the age of the chick.

For example the face is not very important when you rate a 35 year old woman but if she is 20 its very important. The reason? A 35yo can not have a face like 20yo girl but if she has a body as good as the younger one, then her rating is increased.
Of course, there are no standards though! It depents on the person that gives the rate.

I think that people on here often rate girls much higher than they should be. You see some of these guys who say they are contantly sarging HB8's and 9's all the time yet they never have any pics to back it up. And when there is a pic that someone shows, they will give chubby fat girls an 8 rating and justify it by saying they like "curves". I like curves too, but not the kind that bulges prominently in the stomach area.

I also think that relativity plays a big part. If you're walking around and you see UGS everywhere, then if you happen to see an HB7.5, you will put that girl on a pedastool and think she's HB8.5 just because she stands out.

Have you ever gone out with a girl or thought she looked good, and then afterwards (let's say a few weeks/months later) you see her again or you see a pic of her and you say to yourself "what on earth was I thinking?" That's when relativity comes into play.

Yeah, not only does relativity play a role, but some people rate the girls they can't have really high just because they can't have them.. think about it. I have been guilty of it myself. I knew an incredibly hot girl for a few months but everytime I was with her my attraction level for her actually dropped.... I found myself just brushing her off as nothing special even though when I was away from her I wanted her so much. On top of that, you have the girls who have horrible personalities.
I was macking on a cute girl who I before would rate as a 7 or 8, but after flirting with her, her personality totally turned me off. On the looks scale, each person will find a few 10's in his/her life, but if you factor in personality, chances are very high that it won't happen.
