Anti-Biotics ike Neosporin.

That should be all you really need to put on a cut. Don't pick at it and it should heal fine. Neosporin or whatever you get should work perfectly and help keep it from scaring or getting infected.

The cleaner the cut, the faster it will heal. I don't mean, like, "The less fecal matter you have in your cut," I mean the difference between the footprints of an errant hacksaw and a papercut: the more even the two sides of your wound are, the easier they'll squish back together.

I've cut myself a lot in the last few months, sitting in my closet with black metal turned up full blast, hating my parents and my stupid brothers and—er, at work! Each time I did it, I'd squeeze the bastard closed as hard as I could for as long as it took for the bleeding to stop, and then I'd keep as much pressure on it for as long as possible, which usually ended up being something like 3-4 hours. (Don't keep a rubberband around it, just pull the bandage tight enough that you can feel it pull, but not so tight that an extremity starts to tingle.)

Pressure, cleanliness, and lack of picking and fussing with your new cut should have you back in the game in 2-4 days, depending, of course, on how knarly your laceration is.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Get some vitamin E pills, crush them up, and dissolve the powder in water. Apply the water to the cut. Vitamin E is the one that heals cuts. Also put some neosporin on it.

Take a live aloe plant(not the gel) and rub the inside of it to a cut. It will heal faster than using anything else.

Yeah, what was said about Vit E and Aloe is good. Also you can take Vit E internally if you do not already. I take a capsule about every three days because it is fat-soluble, and the dose is 700% RDA. I think it's Vit E that fights free-radicals in the blood? Does anyone know about this?

Neosporin or another Antibiotic is great for cuts. They will prevent infection.

You can get vitamin E in a bottled oil form.

Bactroban works about 10x better than Neosporin. However, it's prescription only. I'm with Mind - heat up a knife and seal it shut. You'll have a scar for the rest of your life, but the cut will be history.
