As the title suggests, how do you stop yourself from kicking your bosses in the face?

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Any examples? I told my boss today youre the worst boss ever. But i dont think saying that would cut it anymore.
It's other people better at it than me, it would be done in a way that they don't figure it out until some time later.

you take things to serious

saying this kind of things only leads to you getting fired soon

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.

What you describe isn't stress. I have an old boss in my hit list for if I ever have nothing to lose and the right chemical imbalance in my brain.

Find another job. You handle it by not handling it.
Basically. Putting up with things like that will only make you more sensitive to those things.

This idea of being "toughened up" by genuinely terrible leadership is a myth.
