I think the nicest way you can deter a fat girl from asking you out is by deterring her with your vanity over your own body weight. So dropping on to conversation gradually something like "the last time I was on holiday i put on so much weight, it took me a whole month to et rid of it, but I am glad i did, I was really conscious bout it". Hopefully if she isnt dumb, she will get the message.

Smile back? Seriously, why is this a problem? If you do what is necessary to attract women (preferably sane women), some will be of the fat variety. You don't have to do anything. They probably won't ask you out or throw their number at you, much less rape you. Treat them the same as the thin women you don't want to go out with. Trust me man, these girls never reject themselves, they keep on trying for no matter how hard I reject them. I remember this one fat girl that kept on trying to hug me and I yelled at her and told her not to hug me, then guess what? A week later she tries to hug me. What I would do to reject big girls was to talk about how much I like to bike, hike, etc. & then just tell them that I don't think they could keep up. That would usually turn them off lol b/c they often like guys who are as lazy as they are.

There's some truth to the reverse psychology idea. I've noticed that. Once you figure out what attracts women, it's not that hard to figure out what repulses them. Just do the opposite of everything you would normally do. It comes in handy sometimes.
