That may or may not help much, it depends on your situation. What kind of shape are you in now? Height/Weight/Bodyfat percentage/lifestyle?
The people on this board are very dedicated to self-improvement. So while some smaller changes may work to reduce bodyfat (swimming from time to time, etc.), the people at this board would recommend more drastic, all-encompassing steps that will result in a huge lifestyle change. A good example of this would be the info in the DIESEL'S GUIDE TO CUTTING thread stickied to the top of this forum. The information in that thread, however, is just one approach to going about it. However, like the last poster said, if it's Gyno, it's gotta be surgery. You have to shed the fat to find out.
