how do you avoid the afternoon slump?

Before this morning, I slept at about 3am. I've tried sleeping earlier, but it didn't work. It's probably because of the 3-hour nap that I had after returning at about 3pm after going out (the 3's are coincidental). This morning at 6am, I only had a small cup of hot chocolate and milk, then went for a 30-minute walk after. I've set a reminder for updating this one later.
