how do you ask a busy girl to hang out?

i always have trouble with this.. cause some girls i meet are always working and if i say, hey lets meet <this day> then they turn around with im busy and working all week. do you guys usually just make plans on weekends only? i dont work atm so i guess i'm not as limited as most people. should i be making plans on weekends only? i was thinkin about something like...

"hey there, let me know when you're free and we can arrange something?"

is that okay?

Most nurses have lots of time on their hands to be honest, if they are saying they are busy they are giving you the run around

Most people work 9-5 pal. To pay for things... like a car. And most of the time you will have to go on dates during the evening, day dates are for the weekend, but this girl should not be important enough yet to take up time on your busy fun filled weekends. And when you go on your date, tell her you walked because you enjoyed the exercise, not because you dont have a car.

i live with my mom, long story. had to move diff state cause of family problems so i didn't have a choice. and yeah i can't afford a car and i got eye sight problems so id prefer not to put myself behind the wheel and be a danger to others, heh. i go around using public transport. i can't walk to her she lives pretty far to be honest. bout an hour bus drive. but if she drove to me thats like 20 mins so im still not sure bout this one. seems like a hassle but she was the one who asked for a coffee.

Yeah, at 25, I'd say you probably want to work on those three things first.

what about this... i called this girl on the weekend and we spoke for about 5 mins cause she had to go see a friend for coffee or whatever. toward the end of the conversation she said "we should catch up" so i said, "yea sounds good, let me know when ur free and we'll arrange something." i guess that was bad eh..

im thinking she prolly wont even txt or call me. but i might text her thursday and tell her im goin to the city durin the day and tell her she should come?

And if you live with your mom just lie about it. Find out where she lives and if she asks about your whereabouts just say you live in the opposite part of the city far away from her. If she asks who you live with just say you rent a small room in a house full of grumpy old men. These 2 should discourage her from wanting to go to your place.

she asks me when im free this week, so i reply "im pretty much free anytime atm cause i quit my job. how about you? must be busy being a nurse?"
