I haven't talked to her yet. I saw her many times in the hallway today and she always looked at me, not sure if I should make eye contact back or what. I think I will make a facebook, add a few friends and hope that she adds me.

Yo man make a facebook but also keep eye contact and if you can throw in a smile, it might be uncomfortable at first since you not used to it but trust me eye contact is hugeeee. Just make sure you don't stare because that can get awkward. Dueces.
