anyway, when it was a bit warmer out i was running into girls i havent seen in a while and i get the same comments all the time even though i try to avoid it .... comments like "Oh excuse me mr muscle man" "Oh so you think ur a big playboy now?" with a mixture of sarcasm and an attitude. i wanna know how to respond to these. i usually smile and just look away thinking WTF. the other night i went out with a good friend of mine and i happen to run into this girl i kind of messed with long time ago and she gave me a "hey how are you!?" greeting but later i learned she went on to her other friend that also knows me and told her "I saw In2thegame, he thinks he's mr hot" i mean WTF? i didnt say or act any different than any other time. girls i do not know eye F**k me in the street but girls who know me from earlier years, always have a "Neg" to ay about me. its pretty annoying. There is this secretary at my job and i usally take my dress shirt off and leave with a t shirt under my coat so my shirt doesnt get sweaty, i always do it discreetly by my desk and she happen to see me the other day and she comments me like "Oh put your muscles away, no one wants to see that" with sarcasm, i just smiles like always and think whatever. What is a good response to these neg comments? does anyone else have a similar situation? help on this would be cool thanks.

I like to make them stop and explain what they are saying. I have had those comments too, my response is typically:

"wait, what are you trying to say?"

[meaningless female words]

"Would you prefer that I was fat and lazy?"

[well, no, but--uh]

" Would you like that better? because, I know some lazy slob guys that would probably like you..."

[more meaningless female words, then embarrassed female]

Basically, you're making her admit that her comment was just hiding the fact that she is lusting for you. Then, you are embarrasing her by turning it around on her.

back to the point, it's human nature to try and equalize the playing field, ANYTIME you improve yourself beyond what other people are used to (i.e. Average) they'll try and rationalize it as a weakness of yours, rather than a strength.

Example: "Oh he's just going to the gym all the time cuz he's insecure. He's so insecure i bet he uses steroids..." Rather than "Wow, it takes a dedicated person to reach that level!"
