How do I kiss her?

Okay, story time. So here's what happened:
My friend invites me to hang out with him/ his gf/ and 2 of her friends. I've hung out with her two friend before, some fun from one of em, but nothing to write home about.
Were all having fun, I'm gaming both girls, and the one who I 've never really got in with before starts giving me good signs. She keeps talking to me, including me and stuff, laughing at everything I say, so it's going good.
We end up sitting on the couch, she's next to me real close, were playing footsie, and I'm trying my best to push-pull (lol)
Point is, she end up leaning against me with her head on my shoulder, and i keep doing my thing( like were having a 'flickin match', you know i flick her, she does it back, I neg her for being weaker than me lol)
But thats as far as it got before my friend's Gf's dad comes down and we stop and in a few minutes we all have to go home anyway.

So , you think I could have kissed her? I've never kissed a chick before, which is a little embarassing because i'm 16. She's kissed before, but never made out, so I'm thinking we could both lose our 'making out virginity'
I may hang with her again this weekend, and if it goes well I want to kiss her.
i feel kinda stupid for asking, but how do I do it?
Not only how do i start, but how do I actually do it?

A good technique is to look her in the eyes romantically for about 2 seconds, then brush her hair behind one of her ears with your fingers, and then gently sweep your hand down across her neck until its under her chin. Gently take her jaw in your fingers and lean in for the kiss.

If you're like talking and laughing, sometimes a technique I use is to just out of the blue say "what would you do if I kissed you". If she can't answer, say "let's find out" and kiss her spontaneously. If she doesn't say that, say the "let's find out", but some variation of it to make it fit a good response.

She's going with another guy to Turnabout (you now where the girls ask the guys). It's no big deal, she asked him like weeks before I came in, and she goes to a different school anyway. I 'm pretty sure she's not that into him, jsut wanted to go because all her friends were. Hell I didnt even know until i heard it from someone else. She never said a word about it.

seriously fvck the other guy (not literally) if you are geting the signs and the vibe, who gives a **** who she is going to some dance with, which means nothing to anyone anyways. if she is with you, then she isn't into him
