The most effective technique I've known is jealousy. Get another woman on par with her, flaunt her around like you're having the best time ever so that her or her friends see you. Woman's territorial jealousy will kick in and she will try to contact you to find out who this new woman is.
1. If she calls answer, crack a few jokes like you're having a marvellous life, the say you have to go to meet (insert new woman's name) and it was nice to chat.
2. If she texts, ignore for a few days, then text back saying "Sorry I'm just off to meet someone, but call me sometime" then repeat #1.
If she still has some interest in you, then in no time she'll be trying to get you back.
