How do I fyck this realtor again?

Hey, about a year ago I met this chick, hb7,5 (25 yrs old) at a local bar and it turned out she was studying for becoming a realtor. Anyways, I asked her if she wanted to "evaluate my apartment" and she agreed. I took her home and we ****ed within 30 minutes. However, I was drunk and ****ed her for an hour without coming, and she got fedup about this and it ended with her leaving like 5 in the morning. I gave her my business card, but she never got in touch.

Anyways, today I walked by this new realtor business (pretty close to my place) and noticed a girl in there when passing by and she looked at me in a sort of submissive way. So, as soon as I got home, I went online to check out their home page and it turned out that it is her.

So, I usually walk by this place on a daily basis, what would be a good way of approaching her, or should I approach her at all?

Well, Im thinking about just entering the place and say hello and congrat her on her real estate license and then ask her to meet up for a reunion at the same bar (its just 100 yards away from the realtor store) for a drink.
