How do I ditch jailbait?! HELP!!

So I have a serious jailbait problem on my hands. Two months ago, I met a girl who was about my height and I was like "cool, a 7, I should try out my new-found kino abilities on her." Kino escalated to high almost immediately and she was instantly into me even before I started using sexual tension.

The problem: My friend who knows her immediately warned me she's a 7th grader (I'm 17, high school senior!!) when I left!!! I feel like the biggest pedo ever. I've been trying to be really mean and push her away but she just comes back for more with even more ferver. I really do think she rocks, but she is way too young. How can I tell her off, without hurting anyone's dignity or my self-image? (Note: We're all in a big youth group)

Think about it... if a homely fat gal was hitting on you big time.. would you act mean to her.. or just dispassionately walk away? When that happens to me, my attitude is "whatever". You need to be more "whatever" with this gal.

When you act mean towards her, she knows she can argue with you about this. First, get straight in your mind that you are just not into her. You've admitted that she really does rock. You need to get past that, you aren't past this. When you get past that attraction you now have, it will be easier to just walk away, indifferent. She'll have no recourse.

Best route is to talk with other gals, ones more appropriate for you.

You're 17, it's only violently illegal if you're over 18, in most states. Then again, maybe it's not in yours, and you're gonna be incarcerated.

Either way, you only live once, might as well get railed in jail.

If you didn't feel like she was too young before you found out she was a 7th grader, then why worry about it now? I try to not concern myself with arbitrary information. Bottom line is neither one of you are legal adults so you are definitely worrying about nothing, at least for now.

Now when you turn 18, it'll have to stop.

Hit it. The law is a totally arbitrary intellectual construction anyway -- it means nothing in the world of her emotional brain.

I hate to say this, but I have met a lot more jailbait that have slept with guys over 20 -- and never tried to put them in jail -- than I have jailbait that goes around tricking guys into sleeping with her so she can throw his ass away. A girl that twisted and vindictive you should be able to smell a mile away.

Basically, if a guy handles his business in bed, no matter HOW much older than you he is, why would you try to put him behind bars?

thirty while you give out some interesting advice, you really have to weigh the pros and cons. Sure you might get away with it, but why risk it? That's a HUGE risk I personally wouldn't take. Not a problem for me anymore - I have to deal with single moms now, which is just as risky.

That said, check the laws in your state. If you're under 18 it might still be legal.

SamRi72: Be honest and tell her you didn't know she was only in 7th grade. Tell her that a relationship between you is impossible at this time, but maybe in a few years. Thats the soft approach. If she doesn't shake off, then take it to her friends. Get her/your friends on your side. A social group has alot of power over a female. If she knows there's social consequences she'll probably get off you.

Understand my comments on this subject are informed by the fact that I have passed up a LOT of jail bait precisely because I WAS risk-averse....and I still regret it every time I find another girl who tells me about all the 25 year old guys she ****ed at 17. :7

had a similar situation happen to me. this chick was the hottest thing i've seen in a while, and she was showing interest in me. but im a HS senior, and when she told me she was only 13, i nearly cried. she looked atleast 16. i just told her it was too bad, and left. she showed interest, but her bf was there. who, in an effort not to look Jealous, acted like her didnt care. i jus walked.

but anyway, jus tell her. it'll be hard to shake her off tho, because girls really dig older guys, but be straight up with her. dont bang her. it might still be legal, but that is a huge age gap, she's not even in HS yet. also get a chick, or some other ones. this might discourage her alittle bit.

but i wouldnt bang her, i dont bang anything that's not atleast in HS.
