Nobody said:
boo hoo. Someone called me a ******. SO which is it? Did you redefine it, or do you continue to use it? STFU, black people confuse the hell out of me. Very few actually can have a conversation with me without mentioning my color. WTF? How do some of you survive in America with all this race bull****? Why can't you guys idolize Colin Powell and Martin Luther King instead of mother****ing 2Pac? Ugh... I only have 1 black friend, and he doesn't even say a word about race. He's the coolest cat ever because of it. He just chills. The rest of the people at my school are gangbanging wannabe thugs that'd get their ass shot in Compton.
Youre trying to define what a ni99er is and you have no idea. Your ignorance is what irritates me. You dont know who i idolize so dont say 2pac or any rapper. I dont ever say sh!t either until ignorant people such as yourself say something inane. Please dont judge me figuring you dont know me. I dont even use the word...thank you

Being a leader requires you to lead.
Being a follower requires you to follow.

Are you going to be the passenger in your life or are you going to take the wheel and drive it for yourself.
The reason people are leaders is because they are looked to to lead. Leaders are empathetic with their fellow men and the people they are leading.
Unless you TRY and lead you are not going to get the results you want.
This site and its accompanying material (the DJ bible etc) teaches you how to head towards those positive changes in your life.

Most of us when we started on here wanted to know how to laid, to get laid was the bottom laid, HELL! I was one of those guys. This site and the accompanying material lead me in the direction of making changes to myself in general, as I know its helped alot of others.

Being the leader is not about being arrogant, thinking you're better than others, its about being assertive and knowing that "RESPECT COSTS RESPECT". Its empathy, confidence, charisma, mindfulness. Things you can develop and grow. I have only been here a short while and from MY OWN experience I have become alot more in control of my life, I am happier with myself and life is just a ride, so ride it!

As a side note: I was instantly offended by Oakraidersz:

"Youre from england so you automatically dont know what youre talking about".

Now you see? THATS double standards, we cannot say the N word yet he is allowed to disrespect my country (btw, thats capital 'E' for England, you prick). I have absolutely no problem with peoples race, but when one thing goes for someone and not the other thats plain hypocracy and disrespect.
But I won't let it get to me (too much lol) Cause I am above your rascist remark, just pointing out how YOU can tell people not to be offensive

How am i making RACIST remarks? I know england has a capital e, im being lazy relax. I like how you try to point out any fallcie i make that you can. And no, if you called me a ni99er id be pretty pissed off. Its a word thats meant to DEGRADE a black person. What about that dont you understand? Yea, i shouldnt have said anything about england but you all obviously know nothing about "ni99ers" which is showcased in your posts.

PS. Good job with the name calling.

So you want to be a leader? Do you realize that being a leader is not just sugar and honey?

Do you know that famous quote: "A great leader is also a great follower" regarding politics, military and such where there are ranks.

Let me tell you some reasons why I lead my group:
-I never am late
-I'm always ready to go out
-I cary responsibility for the decisions made for the group
-if there is something to be done and no one wants to do it then I do it
-I always treat them with respect
-I don't argue if people don't want to do what I said
-I know more people then all of them together
-I manage to get the group in clubs for free
-I get more girls than all of them together and they know it
-I drink more then them and still watch for them when they get drunk
-I listen to what they say
-I never ditch my friends for some girl
-I always try to help them
-they all love to talk to me
-You have to have their trust this really is necessary. Having it doesn't mean you are the leader, but to be the leader you have to have their trust

Are you wiling to do all of this and more just to decide to which bar you and your friends will go next?

Being the leader is not something I choosed, this is just how things developed.

The thing is I'm OK with doing all the sh!t I mentioned because it takes me out of the comfort zone and its also the DJ mode of approaching life.

If what you want is just the leadership then you can do what Caesar said: "Divide et impera". It worked for me when I didn't knew anyone then chilled with a strange group for a few days that had a natural leader. After that I started to get close to people from the group. One by one I made them my group. I was pretty surprised by the outcome, but of course you cant really do this with your friends because you already know each other.

Anyways you will better just have fun with them and gradually improve yourself until they see your superiority and that will give you the leadership slow and steady.

but I usually just end up following the group/the person that I am with.
Some of the above posters said thing like: "you have to lead"

What the fvck can you lead if no one follows?

They will never follow you if you dont prove to them that you deserve this position, and that with you as a leader the group will have more fun, get more chicks, be popular etc

So first show them the advantages of doing what you say, then make decisions.

Good luck!

Oh one more thing, here is a little kick in the ass for you.

This spoiled b1tchy attitude of yours: "I want to be a leader present for Christmas, I don't want to go through that hallway because [insert name here] said so..." etc etc is the first thing stopping you from becoming one.

I think some people are just born with it. I've noticed naturally people will listen and do what I tell them to do in many situations.

Youre a retard. Ni99ers are people in history books? Fvck that sh!t. Ni99er is offensive because its a derogatory comment meant to degrade black people. People still use it today. Youre from england so you automatically dont know what youre talking about, along with the fact that youre probably white. You dont have a clue of what the difference between a ni99a and a ni99er is. Stop before you offend someone else.
You don't think there are any black people around him in England? Now who's ignorant.

Nig ger was actually not used as a derogatory term from the beginning, just a neutral word, a variation of negro, which as we know is the Spanish word for black. Noob is wrong in believing that is was used to portray black people as "weak." Sorry guys, historical accuracy is important even in the details, that's why I'm pointing it out.

Different today of course.

We all know the rule: you can say whatever you want about whites, not about blacks. "White trash," "trailer trash," "redneck," "white boy," "cracker," and a couple of decades ago "honkey," all these are just fine and kosher, Hollywood tells us, but use the "n-word" -- back to square one, you evil racist. Only whites can be insulted, Hollywood says so. "White men can't jump" - such a charming name for a movie, isn't it? Imagine a movie called "Black men can't count." Impossible. And it's okay for Cuba Gooding Jr.'s wife to tell him that he is a "strong, successful black man" in Jerry Maguire, but of course Tom Cruise's wife in the same movie couldn't possibly have a line about him being a "strong, successful white man."

Anyway:

Funny that rap music has started using "niggah," along with the rest of the upstanding vocabulary, such as ho, bi tch, pimp, and lyrics about drugs, violence and rape, along with rap videos where the female so-called dancers press their asses against the camera and the men all try to look threatening. Fantastic, a subculture where pimps, the most despised profession in the world, becomes an ideal. I agree with Cosby and that li'l Boondock character: get your act together, already. Noone else will do it for you.

"******s are the people you see in the history books, hanging form trees with ropes tied around their necks."

Noob, you are going through the public school system, I know. Actual research on the matter of lynchings, the research your teachers won't tell you, shows that lynchings were used against both black and white. But that doesn't fit the school's narrative.

Waiting for someone to be ignorant enough to say that a Swede cannot possibly know anything about this.... Or we could talk and listen, what do you say?

Everywhere you want to be.... I'm like a Visa card
I'm sooooooooo tired of people playing the race card. They want equality, but they don't wanna take **** the same as they deal it. Its a crutch, and relying on a crutch is weak. Get the **** over it, and stop discussing this.

Back on topic:

I heard a convo from my friends tonight that confirmed for me that I'm the leader. We went out to the movies to see X3, but we had missed the time we planned on catching, and the next show was like 40 minutes. Everyone was saying that maybe we should see something else. I was calling out the closest times for movies I wanted to see, and they all considered them. After that, one says, "Well it doesn't matter, whatever Ace says is what we'll end up watching anyway. That's how it always is." I thought back to recent movies we saw, and it was true. We always picked the movie I wanted to see. So they all start to ask me, "Should we wait till the next showing or pick something else?". Its like they're hanging on my decision. I say let's go ahead and wait, and everyone goes along with it.

Another story. We were chilling at walmart like 2 days ago. We came across an old Magic 8-Ball in the toy area. You know, the one you shake while you ask a question and it gives you an answer. We ended up buying it and we left. Someone says they're hungry, and then everyone is. Funny how that happens. So where to eat? We ask the 8-ball, which we appropriately named "The Fate Ball". Should we eat at such and such place? Outlook not so good. Ok, how about there? Yes Definately. Sweet. We pull into the place and I'm broke. They buy whatever and I'm thinking hell no, I'm eating too. So I ask the 8-ball "Should (my friend) buy me a burger?" It gives a straight up yes. He's all like "What?! No way!!" Long story short, I got free lunch that day. Must be because he respects me. I know if he didn't that a little magic 8-ball wasn't gonna make him get me food.

Wanna be like me? You gotta earn their respect. You also have to be confident and take charge. No one submissive ever led anyone. At least, not very long.
