I am a heavy smoker. I want to get into the gym and run and stuff to get in shape but the biggest thing holding me back is that i smoke a lot. I also have a roomate that smokes as much as i do so i am also getting second hand smoke and third hand smoke from weed. I want to quit smoking cigarettes and weed)cigs being the tough one). I have smoked for like 15 years so I dont even remember what it is like not to have a cigarette.
I have tried the patch, nicoderm, cold turkey, etc. I CANT QUIT. I always break down and go into withdrawl(shakes, moody, etc). I just want to quit. Maybe you have a way that you quit that could help me.
