While it's great to give attention to both girls, such as dancing with both, you must chose a target. Otherwise, you can end up in friendzone with both of them. You become their gay buddy.

Take them off the dance floor to get a drink. Keep your arm around your target. You still need to talk to the other girl so she doesn't feel left out, but you MUST make it clear (non-verbally) which one you like. Having your arm around her is one way.

Then when the other girl goes to the bathroom/toilet, you can go for a quick makeout with your target. Then she knows you want her, but you are showing some discretion because her friend is there. She'll appreciate that.

Honestly, the cheek kiss is so nonchalant you should try it with every girl. That let's you know how they feel in a hurry. Often they turn their head so you kiss their lips "by mistake". It should only take 5 minutes of conversation to feel comfortable kissing them.
