How can you tell if a girl digs you?

How can you tell when a girl is feeling you? I read that most of the time, the girl you are attracted to, is probably attracted to you to and that there are subtle signs just as with guys. I know when i'm attracted to a girl I stare at her when she's not looking, then look away when she does (Should I do this?). So what are women's signals? How should I talk to a girl that does dig me? Now i'm NOT ugly, most girls tell me I'm "Cute" or look good even a couple "fine's". I just really don't know how to talk to girls, and kinda get a little intimidated around them, how do i handle that? sorry for all the questions I just need HELP.

in my case it depends if Im not doing anything I just look at them back till they look away, if Im with friends I ignore it

How can you tell when a girl is feeling you?

It varies from girl to girl because some are more introverted than others, but in general, smiling a lot, laughing at everything you say (even if it's not really that funny), being really interested in what you have to say, looking at you even when you're not talking, finding excuses to play with your hair, touching your hands, teasing, twirling their hair, finding ways to stand/sit close to you...it's really not that hard to figure out.

I just really don't know how to talk to girls, and kinda get a little intimidated around them, how do i handle that?

Talk to a girl you like just how you'd talk to one of your friends. NEVER SCRIPT WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO SAY, girls can detect this immediately. Be good-natured, have a good sense of humor, and don't take yourself too seriously. Be able to laugh at yourself and herself. For God's sake, just TALK. I know it must sound pretty daunting, but trust me, it's just a conversation! The more you talk to a girl, the more comfortable you'll get with each other and conversation will just happen. If you meet a girl and the conversation is really stilted, then just accept that she's not your type and move on.

Well what if a girl likes you, but is afraid to let you know? But she looks at you?Then what? Do you make a move then?
Cuz for all the times that a girl has liked me, she has never twirled her hair. It seems to me that girls try to make it just as subtle as possible just like guys do.
