Your obsession with thinking if I do "x" then y and z must follow for every minor detail is your problem. Countless times you've been told by many other members life doesn't work like that, but yet you still bring up the same thing over and over again like a broken record.

I don't think he shamed you at all or was trying to. I think he was just pointing out how this is a very unique way of thinking.. and that not many others might have this same thoughtform or idea. I think some of us are just saying that we believe that the vast majority of men, alpha or not, do not think this way.

You have to at this point reflect "Is my thinking rational?" "Does it benefit me as a man to think this way?" ... I think a huge part of your world view and creating a shift in your perception is 1) Vast acceptance of the fact that you are a beta male and knowing there's nothing wrong with that. 2) Understanding how your perception can be detrimental to your own life/successes in life 3) Making a willful decision to want to look at things through a more logical and confident lens.

I think you may just need to go back down to the basics and work on inner game.
