If your girl has a lot of interest towards you (and you are in a relationship), gradually show affection for her if she does things that make you happy. "Punish" her swiftly if she disrespects you however (this could be doing things like nc, ignoring, etc).

She is constantly apologizing for anything she says, which in turns makes me feel pitted almost. She says I am mean, and horrible and I feel like i am hurting you. But, I brush this off and let her know what she says doesn't not affect me emotionally even if it does, I dont tell her this.

Because I want to stay in power and dominate. She might be trying to make me feel bad or something.

An example is, I kept playing with her on a physical level and at one point she called me a "f'ing tease," now I heard this and so I completed her ORGASM for her through fingering her at the time. Why would you want to purposely cause pain to a woman who has done nothing to you out of fear of losing her? That sounds like one of those crazy guys who beats on his wife.

Calm down, I was actually agreeing with what you said. The whole premise of my argument was, "Why jump through all these hoops to try and gain something/control one woman". This ideology the op is expousing makes him come off as the, "White-Knight". It would be more "alpha" or "don juan" to not be so, enthralled with one woman when there are billions to choose from.
