Olympia by competing at 285 lbs and he's 5'11". That's 285 lbs in contest shape which means less than 5 % bodyfat. If you're 6' 200 lbs you got ways to go before you can resemble Coleman.

You're right, you'll be bigger than Men's Health cover model, but who the hell wants to look like those guys anyway ? If you're 6' 215 lbs LEAN you'll probably have a physique more like Colts running back Edgerrin James. And I've seen amateur natural bodybuilders compete at as heavy as 230 lbs - without steroids, and they looked great. And trust me - they can wear jeans, I don't really know where that comment about sweatpants came from.

And there are pro bodybuilders who have pleasing physiques as well.Look up Dexter Jackson - competes at 5'6" 230 is a prime example.

If you want to look a guy on cover of Men's Health that's fine - it's up to you, to each his own. Most guys I know though want to be bigger than that.

This is Ronnie Coleman. I can't believe that you find this shyt aesthetically appealing.

Francisco d'Anconia - you are a road cyclist? I'm a trackie...would be great to switch physiques. I am small build but all fast twitch, so I do track (match sprinting). 5'11 used to be 150 pounds, now 155 and climbing about 2 a month.

Reckon if I'm 175 pounds I will kill ppl on the track..any idea what's your best 200m TT?

I'm 5'9 and I feel REALLY short in this thread guys. Good thing I go for shorter girls. ;)

Anyway, I'm 5'9, 180 pounds with 20% body fat. I plan on bulking for a little more. My arms (forearms mostly) are just too small. I also don't look chubby, but do have a little fat. I plan on bulking until the end of the year or mid-January. I'll PROBABLY be around 190 and most likely pushing 22%ish. Then I'll start cutting for spring break which is in mid April. I honestly have NO CLUE if it'll be easy to cut or not. My eventual goal is to be able to see my abs. I haven't been cubby since middle school but I have never been able to see my abs. I'm not sure how much body fat is needed for that. I'd like to look dam good but not ungody. I'm not doing bodybuilding competitions... I'm just looking good. :)

Who said I didn't read your post? You seem to think you're sounding witty and clever with your one-liners, but you're mistaken. :D

I'm 6'1, 215-220 lbs. and probably walking around at 15-17% body fat. I'm a lot leaner if I have to cut weight.

I'm not exactly sure what I want. I think my ideal walking weight is around 230-235, but I'm not really sure I want to buy all new pants. lol

You suggested in your reply that I find Ronnie Coleman aesthetically pleasing. I want you to go back and show me where I said it in my post

That's why I didn't think you read it, or didn't pay attention while you read it - I never said anything of the sort

I'm 6 feet tall, weigh 205.

Not much fat, nicely developed chest, shoulders, arms.

Need to improve my abs a little more, and my legs. Weight is about right, just need to improve on the before mentioned things.

What about you guys?

Oh! I thought to myself, "Damn! You're one ugly mofo of a girl!" I guess it makes sense though.

I'm 6'2" - 195 pounds. I want to drop down to 180 and then bulk up to 190 again. I strangely, am as astrong as all the muscular guys but my muscle doesn't look as big, I want to change that.

Only you can really motivate yourself dude. When the desire to put on that weight becomes all consuming and you knuckle down and put the work in, you will reap the rewards. It's in your hands, so what are you waiting for?!

Ronnie is a beast, pure and simple. He is also one hell of a strong mother. Saw a clip today of him deadlifting 800 for 4 reps 5 weeks out from the Olympia.

Few in the bodybuilding world think Ronnie is aesthetically pleasing. He is a montser and admired for his power, sheer mass and work ethic.

He is certainly not my favourite physique but the pic you posted is a very good one of him.
