Just wondering what everyone's physique is on the forum.

I'm 6 feet tall, weigh 205.

Not much fat, nicely developed chest, shoulders, arms.

Need to improve my abs a little more, and my legs. Weight is about right, just need to improve on the before mentioned things.

What about you guys?

Btw this is echo1212 using my gf's screen name. :)

6'1, 230. A bit of a gut, but my shoulders, trunk, back and legs are well developed. Right now I'm just focusing on getting faster, stronger and more monstrous now that I have an 88 lb kettlebell, but I know I'm gonna pack on some extra size and drop fat with this too, which means my arms and probably my stomach(appearancewise) will catch up.

I'm not that big - 5'9" and 160 pounds. Pretty lean. I don't want to get that big either - I prefer functional strength over dead weight ("vanity muscles", as I like to call it). I will stop when I hit 170-175 in shredded muscle.

yup true...don't like the extra fat. I reckon 180 pounds at 7% bf for me is perfect...

How mcuh have you guys gained in a period of say 3 months?

I've picked up 8 pounds in 2 months...problem is I always hit the roof round about now...

I'm about 6 feet tall and about 75kg with a little bit of a gut and not too muscular but far from being skinny looking. I'm going to be doing a few things over the next few months to get my self starting to look really good. I want to lose a little bit more weight, and start developing my muscles. I also want my girlfriend to like me even more.

Right now i'm 6'4, 180, which is of course too skinny for my frame size/height. My current goal is to get up to somewhere around 210-220. I'm hoping to do this by Holiday season 2005 or earlier.

Ah ha.... sorry to single you out drixa, but I've noticed something about guys posting their weights. It's clear that for a 6 foot guy, anything over 200 pounds in shredded muscle will make them look like Ronnie Coleman or Lee Priest (pro body builders of disgustingly large proportions), instead of a Men's Health Cover Model. So if you're saying that you want to weight 220 in shredded muscle you won't be able to wear anything other than sweat pants. I think you're 185 pounds is the REAL goal.

Most guys are just too damn busy masturbating their egos and comparing numbers "I'm gonna be 195...." "Oh yea?! I'm gonna be 215...." to even realize that they are sounding like their full of shyt. It's also obvious that most guys who claim they weight 200+ pounds are carrying around quite a bit of marbled fat in their torsos. If you were 6 feet and shredded, there is little chance that you'll be over 200 pounds, unless your bones and muscles were made of lead or some shyt.

Do you guys know Peter North the pornstar? According to his website he is 5'11" and weighs 185. He looks very built and shredded (you can see his abs and muscle fibres on his body). Using this example, try to imagine how a roughly 6 foot guy will look with 225 pounds of shredded muscles (in case you don't follow: you will look like a FREAK).

I'm not even talking about 'extra fat' when I say 'dead weight'. Have you seen pro body builders or the guys in the gym with OBVIOUS cases of body dymorphism? They're like 5'8" but can't even walk thru a doorway because they are so built and so wide. Those guys can't even scratch their own backs or wipe their own arses, and I think going to such lengths to be able to brag that they weigh "230 pounds" or whatever is ridiculous.

HAHAHAHAHA

OK let's just examine this. If you're 6 feet tall, anything over 200 lbs will make you look like Ronnie Coleman ? UMMM. Ronnie Coleman just won his 6th mr. Olympia by competing at 285 lbs and he's 5'11". That's 285 lbs in contest shape which means less than 5 % bodyfat. If you're 6' 200 lbs you got ways to go before you can resemble Coleman.

You're right, you'll be bigger than Men's Health cover model, but who the hell wants to look like those guys anyway ? If you're 6' 215 lbs LEAN you'll probably have a physique more like Colts running back Edgerrin James. And I've seen amateur natural bodybuilders compete at as heavy as 230 lbs - without steroids, and they looked great. And trust me - they can wear jeans, I don't really know where that comment about sweatpants came from.

And there are pro bodybuilders who have pleasing physiques as well.Look up Dexter Jackson - competes at 5'6" 230 is a prime example.

If you want to look a guy on cover of Men's Health that's fine - it's up to you, to each his own. Most guys I know though want to be bigger than that.

5'11" and I fight at 200 - 205 lbs. I am usually around 205 for the weigh in, but that's fight shape, 7% bf. My "walk weight" is around 225.
