How bad is the Testosterone crisis in men? The average 22 year old today has lower T levels than the average 67 year old had in the 1960s

People don't understand just how bad it is and has gotten or that is shows no signs of slowing down, only picking up speed.

It is unfathomable to think thr average male in their 20s now has T levels of a 70 year old man from only 60 years ago.

Why? Plastics, pesticides, environmental toxins in the water supply, fast food/processed foods, lack of necessary nutrients in the average diet, lack of sleep and constant pressure to work more have all led to a perfect storm of factors that all work synergistically together to kill the male endocrine system.

One study that tracked T levels from the 1980s to 2000s showed the average T level declined by 1% a year over that time period.

If you don't know what your T levels are, get them checked.

It's really serious and it's hard to tell among those many factors you listed, which ones are worse.

In my opinion being grown from women is a society catered toward women it's a strong stressor on our brains that doesnt really know how to process the "new" conditions.

I read plenty of studies where the social standing of an individual in the hierarchy is capable of strongly influencing his T levels...God have mercy on those poor guys grown from single moms and "guided" from middle aged women at school.

I believe the biggest factor is our brains not getting the right stimuli among the many factors while our crappy diet comes right after.

What are some ways we can naturally increase testosterone? I lift weights and travel by bicycle most of the time and it's common knowledge that being more physically active increases it. Diet wise I stay away from soy products, processed foods, and beef and instead almost always eat pure foods like dairy products and vegetables; and that's another thing that I've heard makes a difference. Are there any specific vitamins or other micronutrients that can help increase testosterone? I think I've heard something about vitamin d but I'm curious if there's any others

Eat healthy fats, cholesterol is a precursor to most things. Take vitamin d3 as well.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Sleeping 7-8 hours a night and going to bed and waking up at the same time routinely is probably the biggest thing most guys can do. If you aren't sleeping properly you are destroying T levels.

Zinc, Vitamin D and Magnesium all have positive effects on T if you are low in them and many people are.

Refined sugars are a T killer and it happens almost immediately after eating them...lowers it by up to 25%

Lowering stress levels has a positive effect as well as cortisol blunts T release.

My last test was above 750 and I was proud of that. I do what @BergischerLöwe does and avoid soy and processed food. My sleep habits are quite close to what @BackInTheGame78 describes. I exercise in some combination of lifting weights and a few sports for cardio. I avoid porn and masturbation and have sex as often as I'm able to have sex.

ZMA is an easy way to get zinc and magnesium, is also great for muscle recovery. It’s a powder you can mix I to a liquid and drink k before sleep.

As long as it is not in Magnesium Oxide form. If it is, it's worthless. Oxide absorbs at 3% or less.

Easy way to determine if a supplement is crap right off the bat...if it contains oxide anything it's an auto hard pass from me.

It’s zinc, magnesium acetate, hence the name.

I personally prefer magnesium oil that absorbs transdermally but any magnesium is good
Sounds expensive, zma is cheap and easy, pop two capsules with a glass of water before bed.

Not at all, you can make it yourself easily by combining equal parts of magnesium chloride flakes and distilled water.

Boil the water, add the flakes in and stir until they dissolve, then wait til it cools and pour it in a spray bottle.

2-3 sprays a day on the underside of your forearm will raise cellular magnesium levels 6-7x faster than taking oral magnesium where most of it gets absorbed by the gut first.

Vitamin D deficiency is also a culprit; people who had vitamin D def. Also were more heavily impacted by Covid. Also you are far more likely to have a beer gut if your vdd.

I was lacking vit D due to living in cold cloudy areas and libido went to crap, recently moved to a sunny cold area and within a month it got much better.

Too bad I'm not planning to test my T before october.

Are you aware about the lasting effect of sugars on testosterone? I also read that they are a curse on hormones but dont know if its acute or long term.

One thing I learned NOT TO DO is eating junk food before intimacy.

You literally need vitamin d for higher test production, if your going from deficit to normal levels you will 100% see a change.

Already noticed the difference in 30 days, too bad in september I have to get back to northern Europe.

Hope supplements will help for the long winter.
Yeah I took more than my daily value during winter, the pills aren't as good as sunlight but gotta do what you can, even for your immune system in general, people who are hospitalized for sickness are generally vitamin d deficit
