For me, I believe it was fairly accurate.

I'm 5'10" 185lbs and it had me at 8.9% bodyfat. I have a 6 pack but I'm not supercut. I've read that abs become visible at around 10%, so I figure 9% is about right for me.

Wow.

I added 2 inches to my abdomen and waist and subtracted 2 from my shoulders and chest, in order to estimate where I was before summer started, and it gave me 17.98 - I guess it IS accurate! My coach estimated me at 18% just before school got out. And 2 inches added to my chest is conservative - ever since working KB presses, chins, bent rows and full dips my back and especally my lats have jacked up.

Even I am finding it hard to believe that I did this with only a kettlebell, chins and dips, no dieting, and achilles tendon bursitis(which meant less kettlebell work for almost 2 weeks). At this rate 12 hours of baseball a week for college (starting a week from tomorrow) will wipe my bodyfat off the map!

I got an 8.57%..always get 7-8% with calipers or other forms..so it's accuracte. This chart thing tells me that I need to add more muscle to my wrists, ankles and abdomen and my arms are out of proportion. Anyone regularly chart themselves on this site? I think I'm going to start.

Actually metaphor, it's good if it says your ankles, wrists, and abdomen are small. It basically means you have big forearms and calves for your bone structure, and that you have a good v-taper.

Abdomen and hips are primary fat indicators and should be at or below the +1.5% for optimum health. Shoulders, bicep, arm, and calf are the primary muscle indicators and should be at or above the -1.5% for optimum health.
For me it says I need to work on my upper arms. I have 17" calves but only 15" arms.:( I can't really complain though since all I do is compound exercises, I haven't done curls in a year.

Yea I know it's good..I was just pointing out that it suggests for me to add mass to my wrists and ankles..but to my knowledge it's impossible to do so. Sorry for the confusion.

You're not supposed to be flexed when you take your measurements. Also you're not supposed to suck in your stomach. Did you do either of those?

I'm sorry but that site isn't accurate at all.

I'm 6'9" tall and 194lbs and it seems to think i'm at 25.6% body fat.

Even the terrible accuracy of my scale seems to be more realistic at 12.7%
