House Party: invite girls you're after as well as girl you're seeing?

Alright guys, i could do with a few opinions on how to handle this problem.
Its a nice problem to have really but a problem none the less - let me explain:

I've been dating this girl casually for the last month, though its nothing serious and is never gonna be due to circumstances. She knows that too - i fvcked her for the 1st time the other day and afterwards she was like 'normally i only have sex in proper relationships but i'm actually really enjoying doing this casually with you'.

Anyway, this weekend coming, me and my flatmates are having a house party. There's 2 other girls i'm after and want to invite (one i met in my uni library couple weeks ago and been flirting heavily since, but nothings actually happened yet, 2nd one i pulled in a club tonight, both are pretty hot).
Thing is: should i invite these 2 girls i'm after? - its a dilemma since on the one hand, a house party at my place should be an ideal chance to get with one of the girls i'm after, but on the other, if they realise i'm already seeing someone (and the girl i'm seeing lives literally 30 seconds walk from me so there's no way i can keep the party quiet from her), they're bound do lose interest.

Basically, as you've probably guessed, i'm being a right greedy ba$tard and want to have my cake and eat it. What's the best way to do this though?

Also if i was to have all the girls come to the party, what would be the best way to game them all?

Dont invite any girls you know to your house party, what you gona do when some fine HB's you never met before show up? Face it, these other chicks you can get with any other time, they are just watching from the sidelines anyway.

Just have your bros bring all the unknown hos and have fun then forget about em if they arent worth nothin but some tattered rags.

If you are trying to hook something up with one of the girls, then this could work to your advantage... but it sounds like you want to keep all 3 as options, so this may not be the best move. When dating multiple girls in the past, I have always made sure to keep them separated from eachother. If your casual f-buddy is going to come to the party, then save hanging with the other girls until some other time.

Don't invite the others you're after

Yeah, if your FB is there, chances are the fact that you're obviously getting it on with her will turn the others off, and they'll player hate you out of the picture. Chances are, I repeat.

As for new gals, they might be all the more attracted -- if not interested -- 'cause gals do tend to follow other gal's opinions on a guy.
