But seriously I don't understand what you are saying here. Maybe we are not on the same page so I'll explain why I said that asking that question was AFC.

Asking that question is AFC because by asking that question that guy is placing importance on something that is not important. The fact that that guy is even worried about it shows that he lacks perspective in life. Hopefully we all can agree that it does not matter alot if out picture is on hotornot. A non-AFC would never ask this question because he would realize that it has little to no impact on his life and hence wouldn't give a ****.

Couple things here:

First, hot or not judgers GREATLY overrate the pics on there. I mean most average people on there get rated a 7 or 8, and I've seen solid 7's get rated high 9's just because they show some cleavage or skin even though they are average at best. Its even worse for the guys. If you wear a ball cap low over your eyes, wear any type of jewelry, and have an average to nice body-your rated a nine. Its ridiculous. Some flat out butt ugly guys get rated 8's..don't understand it. If you want a more realistic rating, go to face the jury.com. Which leads me to my second point.

Player supreme. How is it you rated a 8.6 on FTJ when the highest rated guy I see on there right now is a 8.06, and most of the highest rated people are in the 7's? Just askin'. Judging is much more realistic on FTJ. I dont think Ive ever seen a 8.6 on ftj..including girls.

If memory serves, Hot or Not uses a scaled rating system. That is, the moderators have noticed that the majority of voters are only voting from 1 to 5, not 1 to 10. As a result, they wieght your rating accordingly.

The real question is can you really trust the numbers? I'd say no. There's too many variables in the mix.
