It depends on your definition.
As I understand it the term AFC (literally Average Frustrated Chump) can't really apply to HOT women because they are not "average." Secondly I think that "chump" is refering to a male. So in a court of law where definition is everything I'd have to say NO.
But I get the impression what you mean is there HOT cute women, who have little or no game, lack confidence in attracting men, suffer from horrid cases of onetis... well, basically they all are.
You'll find this when you learn to make a girl work for YOU. The hotties are shocked when you are not overwhelmed by her hottness and don't fall for their rather sloppy skill-set of playing hard to get. They resort to all sorts of dumb **** to get your attention and act in ways that is very similar to AFC guys.
