'john' is one body shared by 6 people, 5 of which are really friendly, 1 of which is drunk and surly... har har har

dont hurt yourself laughing.

ive been a boxing fan for a few years now, ever since i tried it myself and realized what these guys have to go through. this year there are lot of potentially great fights, a lot of them free on hbo after dark.

id say the mayweather-oscar fight is actually on the lower end of that list, for all the money and hype it will probably be a dull mayweather UD.

Hatton's been disappointing. Im looking towards cotto-margarito or margarito-paul williams, barrera-marquez, and edison miranda-willie green. jones jr are hopkins are in talks for a rematch. look out for edner cherry and andre berto, a lot of young power punchers are going to on hbo this year.

here in canada we get to see most hbo fights live on basic cable, and the ppv's 1 week later. how is it in the states?

Listen man I can't believe you guys are making fun of someone with a disease. This shows that you guys are truly AFC's. Obviously this guy is not normal. I am sorry but making fun of sick people is disgusting. If your normal and ugly is one thing. But making fun of someones situation or looks because of a disease is pathetic and shows the type of people you truly are.

Imagine if that was your brother, you wouldn't want to put someone out on jumpstreet like that. Close this thread, its not funny.
No. Just no. You are the immature one to think that we are making fun of him. I can only speak for myself, but I'm in full support of the kid. I think its a great story. I'm glad he got some before it was too late, and I think its really smart that he realized how disadvantaged he is in the dating world. Instead of cursing his existance, or just deciding to live without sex, he did something about it. I commend him. Now I just hope he finds a girl that will accept him. Its gonna be tough though.

Next time, just don't open your mouth.

I support him 100% too. But you called him a cripple in an earlier post. Do you think that is a mature thing to say. Another guy called him ugly. How would you feel if that was your brother. How would you feel if that was your brother and someone called him a cripple who got some poon. or being ugly.

Be honest answer the question? Don't poke fun at people that are not as fortunate as us.

haha, at least that dude is making some money out of multiple personalities!

With the boxing, it really depends on what you like, power punching or the sweet science. I myself would MUCH rather see DLH V Maywaether, because it will be a tactical battle of 2 all-time greats! A fight I actually think DLH will win.

Yeah, Hatton is the little John Ruiz, loves to hug! But him Vs Castillo is happening apparently, which should be fireworks! Marquez beats Barerra, and Jones V BHOP probably wont happen. Two massive egos there, and GoldenBoy Promotions likes to get their own way all the time, something Roy has done his entire career also. Cant see them coming to an agreement.

Margarito is fighting Cotto, or so says Arum, which means Williams is left out to dry (hopefully he can make a fight with Zab Judah, which is being talked of). Mosley fights Collazo soon also, which should be interesting. But I agree, a lot of big fights happening this year, finally, since boxing has been in a bad period for the last couple of years!

I actually live in Australia, which absolutely SUCKS to follow boxing! Any event that is on HBO, is PPV here. And some PPVs we dont get, we have to wait for a month later to watch it on Foxtel (our subscription television), and some arent played fullstop so I have to order them from a guy in the States. But either way, good to see there is another fan of the great sport on the site!

As for Berto, he fights Tackie next, which should be a decent test, if he is going to make it big, he should be able to dominate Ben! While Cherry faces Malignaggi, who will UD him I beleive.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

I'm not making fun of him. I'm just making it fun. You're being way too sensitive about this. Now there was no need to call him ugly, that's just an opinion and I wouldn't say it. But it is a fact that he is disabled. From what I gather of his statements in the article, this guy isn't another "Oh no, I'm special, take care of me cuz I can't do anything" kind of guy. He's trying to make the best of his life in spite of his setbacks. If I sat next to him and said "Way to go man! Cripple got some poon!", he'd probably laugh with me and we'd get along just fine. He seems secure with himself, and he wouldn't get offended.

Of course, if he did, I'd apologize, but then I'd say he overreacted, much like you.

And if it was my brother? I'd take him out for drinks. Fvck all the people who would say sh!t about him. I wouldn't keep him home, hiding from the world. I'd push for him to do social things, and enjoy life.

CLOONEY,

You really know your stuff man, nice. I dont know much of Australian boxing outside of Salomon, Green and Mundine and not much of them to boot. I hear a Green-Mundine rematch is in the works?

I also like tactical battles, and am a huge fan of Mayweather. I might have been the only man in Canada who thought his fight vs Baldomir was brilliant. Hopkins toying with Tito, Spinks upsetting Mayorga, Raheem over Morales, all great displays of skill over strength.

Im not sure the DLH fight will live up to its hype, at least not for what its being hyped up as. Boxing needs a battle between hosuehold names to get the casual fan back in, but this wont do it. Im thinking Hagler-Hearns, Ali-Frazier III, Duran, etc. Casual fans dont appreciate Mayweather or Whitaker-style boxing, the way a casual fan doesnt appreciate Tim Duncan or Pete Sampras.

Im siding with Mayweather, not hiring Floyd Sr was a big mistake. As for Jones and BHop, youre right Jones' ego is big enough to be declared a country, though hes pretty much out of options. 38 or so, no opponent lined up, having been beaten up in his last few big TV fights... Id like to see it happen, just as a farewell to an all-time great against his most logical opponent.

Isnt it funny how Margarito complains about everyone 'ducking' him, and then blatantly does the same thing to Williams?

Have you searched youtube after big fights? A lot of the popular ones are posted soon after, though my computer is older than the Titanic so I cant watch them. I remember Pac-Morales 3 being up for a day before the suits found it. Limewire has a lot of good ones too.

I hope you caught Castillo-Corrales I!

Mayweather V DLH is predicted, by many experts, to be the biggest fight in the history of the sport, bar none. Or at least, the modern day history, even bigger than the heavyweight fights, including Tysons. It has already sold a record gate, of 19mil, outdoing the previous best of 16mil. To get the casual fans back into boxing, it needs to be on network television and most of all, fighters need to fight at least every 2 months, so you can follow your fighter, just like you would your favourite sporting team.

I actually think DLH hiring Roach (this is who he will have in the corner) is a far better option. This way he can concentrate just on the fight, not on the hype!

Yeah Margarito is a *****, same as Arum, both winge, but none put their money where their mouth is!

Sometimes I look at youtube, but I love to analyse each fight, so I have to watch it on television, this way its far better viewing.

Yeah, caught Castillo V Corrales 1, definately one of the greatest wars of all time, infact, probably the greatest!
