FYI**** Homecoming is a dance.
I asked a decent girl that I don't even like personality wise to homecoming because I thought it'd be an easy "yes."
Instead it was a confusing, mess of an answer. I still don't know what the hell it means.
She said "oh my goddd.....I didn't think I'd be going to homecoming so I invited my friend over and her boyfriend. I'm so sorrrrryyy."
My repsonse : "ehh..ok...so are you rejecting me : yes or no?"
Her: " No! ...I'm so sorry I planned that." *hugs* cries etc from her while I look at her in confusion.
She invites me to her little shindig...she's legitatemly having people over. It's not like my dog ate my ability to go to homecoming bs.
So I call her today and I say "Hey , tell me what's going on for homecoming. Do you want to go? Or do you want to hangout or not do anything together?"
Basically asking if she wants to see me or not. SO...she says *background noise* one second mom! then..."oh hey, No I don't want to go to homecoming cause I thought it was boring last year ....um come over if you want." Then we basically say goodbye.
I'm once again sitting there going "what the fvck is going on." Damn women and there confusing things.
At first it seemed like a genuine I already invited people over. But now she found homecoming boring last year? Yeah it was kind of boring but I believe if she WANTED to go with me she wouldn't have said that. And then the "uh come over if you want." What is that?!!? In the halls she was like "oh my godd sorry come over instead." This woman doesn't make sense.
My plan...
Go to her in the halls *hug*. Then straightforwardly say (Btw I'm very straightforward probably too much) "Hey. Look I want to go to homecoming. But if you actually WANT to hangout then we should."
In the last sentence I'm trying to say you know if she finds me attractive/likes me or whatever we'll hangout. I can't think of a better way to say that then that though. I just want to get at we'll be hooking up.
