Hello, I am looking to get a weight bench and some weights for my place. It's hard for me to get to a gym, plus it can be expensive, and I'm wondering if this could be a viable option. I'm not looking to get huge but I'd like to gain some muscle (which has proven difficult as it seems I'm what they call a "hard gainer"). Any ideas on a home regimen would be greatly appreciated. Also, the kind of weight bench and weights to get would be excellent to know too. Thanks!
