People who don't respond to creatine are insulin resistant. Omega 3-6 fatty acids, R-ALA and Chromium Picolinate help immensely with this.

Its no miracle, like I said, it helps with your insulin efficency. Whats happening when you take creatine is its not getting through to your muscles very effectively. The #1 cure is R-ALA (I suggest Glucorell-R) with a high-GI carb drink.

Well, the thing is it doesnt even give you results, since you dont keep all of what you gain with creatine, after all it does just add artificial muscle which leaves once you get off it. It equates to nothing more then a energy shake really.

My friend takes N02 with his creatine, supposedly that is supposed to give results instead of just artificial strength. I'm going to stick with being a natural lifter. When he was sick, he had to get off his N02 and creatine, and said he felt weak without it. I dont want to be like that.

I will still take it when I need a extra edge, however I cannot see what place it has in weight lifting.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
