I am 20 years old, I havent partied much and I am thinking about moving to a diffrent country to go to its medical school and its a 5yr program and If I leave now, I will be 25 when I get back.

I am thinking of leaving to go to india a country very diffrent from america.

But thinking about my future, I feel like I wont get to do the things I want to do at this young age of 20.

I wanted to join a Frat and party and socialize, go to hip downtown clubs, and just enjoy life.

I just don;t want to go to a diffrent country and become a diffrent person, I mean especially the girls will tend to be less modernized and be backwards.

Has anyone else gone to a foreign country to study and find it okay?

Maybe take a year off, quench your thirsts for craziness, then get your life back on track.

Going to another country and study for a serious degree for 5 years is not bad at all, but why o why would you choose a relatively backward country like India(compared to the US you home country right now I suppose)

Choose some country in western Europe and you will be happy on all aspects.
