Hired Gun dilemma, need advice

Over the past one year, my friends have I have frequented a local bar in efforts of gaming the hot bartenders that work there. Even though I'm a 30+ high income professional, I dont like dating high income educated women, I prefer the 22-25 year old lower demographic girls. Over this past year, our efforts have been successful to the point that we are well known in the venue and get invited to after parties / birthday parties with the bartenders and waitress staff.

There are two bartenders I have my eye on, I believe they are interested and are waiting for me to make an initiative in transitioning from group parties to a one on one event. However, they are both friends, both work together, and both know me. I have historically seen men in the past being able to pit girls against each other, friends against each other, even sisters. Needless to say, I don't think my Don Juan skills are at that level. I believe that whichever one I go after, I will nonetheless burn future romances with the other.

Another thing on my mind, is my ability to go to the bar. Even though I started going there with the sole purpose of gaming a Hired Gun, now that I feel that I am close to my objective, I look back at the one year of work I put in getting to know these girls and befriending them. I don't feel like I'm ready to lose it if my plate spinning with one of these bartenders end. I am not interested in an LTR with either of these girls and so I know that after some time, it will end. Question is: Will my ties to the bar have to be severed as well?

What would you all do in similar situation? Go for one? Try to be slick and game both? Or just continue being the cool guy who goes there and gets invited to their events without making a run for either one?

Don't you get opportunities to game others at these events? If so, it would be stupid to ruin that for one girl when you can get a larger supply through those events. If it doesn't give you much then go ahead.

There are some guys that have the ability to bang both women in this situation, still remain friends with both of them and basically have nothing change regarding being able to go to the bar, etc...in fact, these guys will actually have these women help him get other women because they will let the other women know how awesome he is, blah blah blah...

I'm not exactly sure how they do it but my old roommate was like this. Women used to go crazy over this guy, and he wasn't anything spectacular to look at, I mean he was a decent enough looking guy but there waa something about him where he had almost Jedi mind trick power over women...

Sadly I never really learned what he did but the endless stream of hot women in and out of the house and them crying over him even when they found out he was banging other women and cheating on them and how they were desperate to make it work with him is still amazing to this day...

How long do you think it would take to befriend a bars staff and get accepted into their inner circles? If you have had better luck at working and bedding bartenders quickly then I want to know your secrets. I thought several months at the least was average.

bartenders arent some holy grail they are mega sluts and if they like you will fuk on the first night after their shift. i roll in the spot, flash a couple hundreds and buy some drinks, bs with the bouncer and other staff. if i like them and they like me ill leave my biz card with the hottest girl there. sidenote: my biz card is made of metal and high quality so it gets everyones attention. i bring my social group to the establishment and invite their staff to MY events first. then things reciprocate but i could care less about what kind of inner events the servants at the bar are doing as i dont need to integrate myself into their embrace in order to get laid and make connections.

be the light all those around you gravitate towards, dont be one of the moths trying to get into the . its a paradigm shift and change in personal life attitude. abundance mindset. you are in scarcity mindset.

Ingenious, I need to start doing that. What kind of events do you host that you're inviting these people to them? Are we just talking about social gatherings at venues with drinks or are you arranging more high profile events? Charities, galas, etc?
