High Score Competition

I, like most people, am having a really tough time actually approaching girls and using the things I've learned. I wish I could just think of it as a game, push aside my approach anxiety, and have fun with it.

So I'm looking to see if anyone on this site wants to actually make it a game. A competition in the basics of approaching women. Every action you take will be worth a certain amount of points, with bonus "combos" to add additional points. I'm sure this sounds lame to a lot of you, but I think it would make it easier to approach women in this kind of mindset.

If enough people were willing to do this, I think that we could really want to beat each other and push ourselves. Just imagine it as a high score list in a video game. We would just post what we did and the points would be added to our name. For example...1 point for maintaining eye contact with someone until they break it.....10 points for an approach....20 additional points if 5 approaches are made in one day, etc.

Anyone up for it? It sounds awesome to me.

although i do think it would be fun, and have played something similar with some friends of mine at clubs, there is no way of checking if peeps on the board are lying or just reposting from past threads.

Agreed, I think some people might boost their score to look good but who cares? I am down for it ...hopefully though there are some good chicks down here becasue I have been on a drought of opens lately!

i don't mean to offend you but you are talking like a baby.

playing games and keeping scores with super duper combos? No :nono:

heres some advice, maybe you are not acting like a man with these girls.

also some other advice, if you go to youtube.com and type "mystery pickup artist" there are several videos discussing fear of approaching woman

basically the jist of the videos is that we ALL have fear when we are approaching women. It is like jumping into a swimming pool for the first time.. it is going to be cold and uncomfortable. When you jump in again and again, it isnt as bad. This is similiar to approaching females. However, when you jump in the pool the next day, it is going to be uncomfortable again, and you have to start from square one. Theres no way around this.

There are some things you can do to get rid of some of your discomfort. Part of your discomfort is coming from approaching girls in an unfamiliar setting. If I told you to go stand in the middle of a forest by yourself, you will automatically feel anxiety since you are in a place you never were before. Pick out 4-5 places that are good for approaching girls and get acquainted with the surroundings before you start approaching.

yeh so what if people boost their score by bullsh1tting, that will only help motivate the genuine guys even more!

Plus they're only kidding themselves (bootcamp journals can include lies also)

But what if you know the girl will want to be with you before you even go up to her? So what is the point then? Maybe put yourself in situations where you won't be rejected. Seems like the biggest loser will end up winning such a silly contest.

Just think of it as an approach journal for multiple people. Except doing it this way would be a lot more fun and we would push each other to do better.

If someone just lies about everything they do, then that's just really pathetic. It's like making an approach journal, and then just making up everything in it. Although like Duke said, it would just motivate the people who are doing it for real even more. I would think at least 5 people would be needed in order to try doing this (hopefully more).
