High school junior with college freshman?

Hey guys, the topic is basically what it is. I am wondering, could it be possible for a High school junior guy to date a freshman in college. I mean, I really the chick, and I know d*** well she likes me too. We talk a lot in public/school, and on Facebook. Whenever she does get on FB, she gets on to message me, then hops off. So guys, I am wondering, could it work...I'd like for I to. Whatever I gotta do, I'll do so. Not going go AFC mode...he** no. Let me know if you need more info.

Sorry if it sounded noobish. I just wanted some input on how to make it work. Wouldn't want to let her go...not to mention it's only a 2 year difference. So ya, ya know, just wanted some advice on how to keep things tight between us. Any other advice is much appreciated. Oh and also, some tips to make it work please? Thanks.
