ya i didn't get along well in HS -kinda of hated lol hahah, i was a C avg student and i studied-just suck at academics i guess. took math 12 drop out in the first month-what the hell can't understand this

the HS i went to had mostly white and chinese students-ones from HK, taiwan and cbcs
didn't really get accepted by the chinese ppl cbcs in HS too, they very competitive and do really well in school-exact opposite of me-so i didn;t really have any freinds-tell u the truth. some were crazy doing fast track math like a grade level higher. HS was just a phrase i went through -whatever. i even got made fun-yes of couple of x's in my HS life for scoring a 68% on math test, 65 in english test, or what not. asian folks cared the whtie students didn;t say anything-guess not as competitive.

the clothes i wore was mainly clothes passed down from my cousins. the style, the look wasn't in style. so ya i didn't wear anything trendy or cool. hand me downs. folks were just too thrifty to blow money on new clothes

didn;t go to prom , HS graduation, parties. talked to a couple of students here and there-but not really a friend -i don;t talk to anyone from HS anymore. didn't date, no friends, ate lunch by myself. fridays was at home like all t he time.

lol at the end of the day -i don;t think about it anymore that was a long time ago - i am 25 now.

ur experience in HS -what were u like

I think I was the same... a "Nobody."

I hanged out with some cool guy's and knew almost all the "Cool" people and got along with everyone really but I was still a nobody and I knew it. I didnt really do anything about it and just went along being a nobody and as you I did not go to any social gatherings. I wore clothes that I thought was cool sorta like I would wear shirts with dumb sayings and I would wear "Gangsta" clothes as well! But something happened.....I didnt graduate with my class and that was a blessing in disquise! I had to stay an extra semester (Till December) and by this time I didnt give a sh1t about anything anymore, I started to wear clothes that fit me and my style and I started to talk to girl's more often. I was still a nobody and I didnt care I started to work and do stuff for me....and now I am a beginning DJ and I am getting better by the ...well the weekend when I do go DJ. Soo that was mine I wasnt a "Cool" guy perse but I think they helped me ....with something.

My experience was a mix of good and bad. I was quite academically focussed then, so did well in the exams and stuff. But on the other hand I was never really accepted by the 'cool' and the 'in' crowd. Who were mostly rich and snobbish kids without any need to study

Again with girls, I got along quite well with the average and decent girls. But not with the cheerleader types. Anyway high school is the most superficial period of anyone's life. You are judged solely on the basis of your looks and money. Looking back, I realise that most of the kids in my school were really *really* dumb, just a bunch of stuck up wannabes. You just laugh at your experience and move on, thats the best way forward
